Please make sure your application is completed online and you have submitted
- Birth certificate
- Two proof of address- pge, water, waste, rental agreement, mortgage statement, homeowners/rental insurance. Cannot accept cell phone, internet, cable.
- Proof of immunization. Student must have all their immunizations to enter school. They need 4 Polio, 5 DTP, 2 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B and 2 Varicella vaccinations to start school.

- Dos comprobantes de domicilio- Pge, Agua, Basura, Contrato de renta, Recibo de Hipoteca, Aseguranza de casa. No podemos aceptar: cable, celular o internet.
- Comprobante de Vacunas. Los estudiantes tienen que tener todas las vacunas para empezar la escuela. Necesitan 4 Polio, 5 DTP, 2 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B and 2 Varicella para empezar la escuela
